Operation & Maintenance Manager

Location TM Cyberjaya

• Have experience in customer handling, also familiar with call logs, and tickets handling, especially during working hours, with clear escalation handling.

• Familiar with server components, data canter operations, and on‑site procedures (rack/stack, access control, safety).

• Ability to understand and interpret basic issue logs, alerts, and monitoring dashboards.

• Taking initiative to approach customers proactively for updates, follow-ups, and service improvement.

• Oversee daily operations, resource planning, and task assignment for the technical team.

• Ensure SLA compliance, track ticket lifecycle, and prepare weekly/monthly operational reports.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for parts replacement, RMA, and maintenance activities.

• Maintain and improve SOPs, documentation, and workflow processes.

• Ensure compliance with data centre safety, security, and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to manage crisis situations (major outages, hardware failures) with structured communication to customers.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in operation & maintenance management preferably in Telecommunication industry.

• Experience in maintaining Telekom Malaysia network is an added advantage.

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
