Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities: 

  • Generate ad-hoc reporting and monthly financial reporting as required

  • To monitor daily admin works in timely manner

  • Able to work under pressure, minimal supervision and able to meet reporting deadline

  • Able to work as a team and willing to support other department as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Admin / Accounting / LCCI qualified or ACCA partly qualified

  • Candidates with minimum 2 year’s experience / fresh graduates

  • Computer literate especially with UBS or OBM inventory & accounting software knowledge

  • Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and maintaining general ledgers

  • Able to handle simple admin work & filling

  • To have good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Must be honest, trustworthy and respectful
