About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Merchant Support Specialist to support merchant onboarding and daily platform operations.

This role involves managing merchant setup for eShops and POI (Points of Interest) pages, coordinating operational support, and ensuring smooth merchant experience across digital marketplace platforms.

You will work closely with merchants and internal teams across Hong Kong, China, and Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Support merchant onboarding and setup of:
– eShops
– POI (Points of Interest) pages on marketplace platforms

• Guide merchants on:
– Product content optimization
– Operational arrangement
– Best practices for eShop performance

• Perform daily platform health checks to ensure smooth operations

• Update operation manuals and workflow documentation

• Respond to merchant and user enquiries via instant messaging platforms such as WeChat

• Coordinate with internal teams on operational and support matters

• Support ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Fresh graduates with strong learning attitude are welcome to apply
• Customer service or e-commerce experience is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
