Tanggungjawab
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Guide new customers through a seamless onboarding process.
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce insurance products and explain benefits.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Provide responsive support and resolve customer inquiries or concerns.
- Collect customer feedback to identify service improvement areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
