Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Must be registered as IOW with BEM or PAM.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant site supervision experience in building construction.
- Strong knowledge of QLASSIC/CONQUAS, CIS7 standards, CCC requirements, and OSHA compliance, experienced in geo, civil and structural, pre-cast and steel works.
- High integrity, results-driven, well-organized, and committed to upholding company values and quality expectations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements (MS), inspection & test plan (ITP), QLASSIC targets, and relevant standards.
- Conduct site and material inspections, including workmanship checks, pre/post inspections, hold point inspections, and witnessing/verifying testing procedures.
- Implement quality control and defect prevention measures, including reviewing MS/ITP before work starts, issuing NCRs, and verifying rectification works.
- Maintain proper documentation (site diary, inspection records, test reports, NCRs, defect lists) and report defects and non-compliance.
- Liaise with consultants and contractors, attend site meetings, and support project handover, defect rectification during DLP, and post-handover matters (JMB/RA).
