Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy & Funnel Design
- Develop and optimize marketing funnels (lead → conversion → retention)
- Design scalable systems to support agent recruitment and business growth
- Campaign Planning (Not Just Execution)
- Plan and lead marketing campaigns (online & offline integration)
- Align campaigns with company growth targets and sales objectives
- Data-Driven Optimization
- Track and analyze performance (conversion rate, ROI, lead quality)
- Continuously improve campaigns based on insights
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with sales teams, leaders, and agents
- Translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies
- Brand & Market Positioning
- Strengthen XMEGAMI’s positioning as a leading entrepreneurship platform
