We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to the office. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable
Manage meeting room bookings and office appointments
Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation
Coordinate office supplies and pantry inventory
Assist with staff attendance records, courier arrangements, and office coordination
Support HR and Admin duties when required
Handle general enquiries from customers and vendors
Requirements
Prior experience in receptionist, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Well-groomed, organized, and able to multitask
Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
