• Execute daily air logistics gateway operations for inbound and outbound freight
• Manage and optimise cargo flow using allocated and contracted airline capacity
• Monitor and plan uplift activities to maximise capacity utilisation while meeting customer service requirements
• Arrange additional spot capacity with airlines when required to meet operational demand
• Coordinate with operations and transport teams to ensure smooth cargo movement
• Ensure compliance with aviation security, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Support carrier engagement activities including space allocation and operational coordination
• Assist in airfreight consolidation planning to improve operational efficiency
• Provide pricing and quotation support for spot rates, RFQs, and trade lane requests
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and finance to support customer requirements
