Full Time Site Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,500 in GREEN BUILD (PTE.) LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Monthly Salary Range: SGD $5,500 – $7,000per month

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant construction site management experience in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Oversee daily construction site activities

·        Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors

·        Manage manpower, materials and equipment

·        Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met

·        Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

·        Prepare site reports and progress updates

Requirements:

·        Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence

·        Strong leadership and communication skills

·        Able to manage project schedules, manpower and site operations

·        Knowledge of workplace safety regulations

·        Relevant Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred
