Role Description

This is a junior-level Systems Coordinator position focused on CRM management, ideally suited for candidates with approximately 2 years of relevant experience. The role involves maintaining and administering CRM systems, supporting data management processes, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure. The Systems Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and improve overall operational efficiency. Candidates must be willing to work on-site at our Kuala Lumpur office.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT, Information Systems, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms 
  • Basic understanding of databases, system workflows, and integrations
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills with ability to work across teams
  • Experience in education or student management systems is an advantage
