Graduate Planning Engineer to support field operations through planning, reporting, and performance monitoring activities. This role offers hands ‑ on exposure to well monitoring, hydrocarbon allocation, and offshore operational support, providing a strong foundation for a career in upstream oil and gas operations.

Your Impact
As a Graduate Planning Engineer, you will:
- Support well monitoring and integrity management by maintaining accurate records, tracking anomalies, and contributing to well status reporting.
- Assist in hydrocarbon allocation processes, including data validation, material balance checks, and preparation of supporting documentation.
- Contribute to resolving metering and measurement discrepancies by gathering and analysing operational data.
- Support offshore operations by tracking daily activities, preparing reports, and coordinating with site teams to escalate issues.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and production sharing agreements.
- Participate in HSE initiatives, promoting safe operations and adherence to company safety policies.
Profil du candidat
What We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to manage and interpret operational data.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- A detail ‑ oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and respond to operational priorities.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
