Role Purpose

• To assist in planning, coordinating, monitoring and controlling site execution to ensure manpower, materials, machinery, quality, safety and progress are properly managed. This role requires strong responsibility, planning ability, site coordination and daily reporting through the company digital system.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and coordinate daily site work, including manpower, materials, machinery, work sequence and site schedule.
2. Monitor site progress, quality, safety and workmanship to ensure works follow approved drawings, method statements and project requirements.
3. Coordinate with supervisors, workers, subcontractors, clients, consultants and internal departments to solve site issues quickly.
4. Use company digital system to submit daily reports, progress photos, manpower records, issue logs, machinery usage and site updates.
5. Support project documentation, including progress claims, inspection records, technical submissions and follow-up records.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Construction site experience minimum 3 years.
• Concrete flooring experience is preferred but not compulsory.
• Able to read drawings, understand method statements and coordinate site work.
• Must be willing to use company digital reporting system.
• Independent, proactive, responsible, aggressive in work and confident in communication.
• Detail-oriented and willing to work under site pressure.
