Position: Data Analyst

Employment Type: 12-month renewable contract based on performance

Location: The Exchange 106 @ TRX, KL

Working Arrangement: Onsite, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours in MY time: 9AM - 6PM

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support application maintenance and production support activities within the P&OP reporting and analytics domain under GIPS-SR. The role focuses on ensuring the stability and accuracy of analytics applications and reports while supporting users with issue resolution and minor enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application maintenance and production support for reporting and analytics solutions.
• Monitor dashboards, reports, and data refresh processes to ensure accurate delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues related to QLIK dashboards and analytics applications.
• Support incident, problem, and change management activities within SLA timelines.
• Assist with report enhancements, testing, data fixes, and documentation.
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or application support roles.
• Hands-on experience with QLIK or similar BI/analytics tools is required.
• Experience with Version Control and CI/CD processes, or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Basic understanding of production support and IT service management processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
