Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Relationship Executive, based in Kuching. The Corporate Relationship Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying business opportunities, and understanding client needs. Key responsibilities include managing client portfolios, developing proposals, coordinating training programs, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role also involves attending business meetings, conducting market analysis, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company through effective relationship management and client engagement strategies.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client interaction and relationship management
  • Proficiency in market analysis and identifying business opportunities
  • Proven ability in handling client portfolios and developing customized service proposals
  • Experience in coordinating events, workshops, or training programs is a plus
  • Goal-driven with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Kuching and collaborate with a diverse team
