Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Campaign Management
Work closely with the international recruitment team to execute the paid digital campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms and align campaigns with international recruitment priorities
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, continuously improving ROI through data-driven optimization
Support the development of targeted campaign strategies for different markets
2. Creative Design & Content Development
Develop and localize content for international audiences across key social media platforms
Create and adapt digital marketing assets, including social media posts, ad creatives, and simple promotional materials (e.g. posters, banners)
Manage the development of creative assets, working with internal or external designers where required
Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
3. Marketing Insights & Reporting
Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations
Analyse user behaviour and engagement trends to refine targeting and messaging
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends
Requirements
At least a Degree in Business / Marketing / Communications / Equivalent
Experience in digital campaign management, particularly across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Basic design skills (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools) are highly advantageous, with the ability to create or adapt campaign assets
