Duties and Responsibilities:

• Capture market trends and design engaging graphics for both print and digital platforms (webpage, social media, emailers, marketing materials).
• Develop creative concepts and campaign visuals that align with Clef’s brand identity and core values.
• Lead photoshoots and video productions, ensuring strong visual direction and consistency.
• Collaborate with third-party designers or creators when required.
• Support market research and analysis to enhance brand exposure and uncover new creative opportunities.
• Develop branding and marketing angles based on the organisation’s vision and values.
• Think creatively and strategically to produce visuals that capture audience interest.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure design alignment across all platforms.
• Ensure all materials meet brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
• Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and storytelling.
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, and lifestyle content.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
