Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all corporate tax matters including Corporate Income Tax, SST/GST, Stamp Duty, and other statutory filings

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns and compliance with relevant tax legislation

• Provide strategic tax advisory support on business transactions, restructuring, and operational matters

• Manage tax audits, investigations, and liaise with LHDN, RMCD, auditors, and external consultants

• Review and strengthen tax governance, SOPs, and internal controls

• Lead and develop the Tax team through coaching and technical guidance

• Work closely with internal stakeholders on tax-related matters and business initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent is mandatory

• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting/audit/finance experience with at least 3 years in taxation and leadership exposure

• Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax laws and compliance requirements

• Experience in group or corporate tax environment is an added advantage

• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
