Responsibilities
Administrative Support & Data Entry
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in internal systems.
Support documentation, filing, and general administrative tasks.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered.
Handle simple customer enquiries via email and phone.
Provide basic information such as order status and general enquiries.
Escalate more complex issues to the Customer Service team.
Assist in processing quotations, orders, and basic documentation.
Support preparation and verification of routine documents.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Customer Service team.
Assist with coordination of simple tasks to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
Diploma in logistic
Prior experience in sales admin, order processing experience
