Job Description

Responsibilities

Purpose

To provide students with practical exposure within the Stakeholder Management function under Gas Assets & Solutions. Interns will support stakeholder engagement initiatives, reporting activities, and coordination efforts, while gaining hands-on experience in business development, corporate communication, and stakeholder relations within the shipping and maritime industry.


Interns will learn and be exposed to:

  • Stakeholder management practices and engagement strategies
  • Reporting, documentation, and data consolidation processes
  • Corporate communication and event coordination
  • Business development support activities within the maritime industry
  • Cross-functional collaboration and internal coordination
  • Professional communication and relationship management skills


Specific Responsibilities

1. Reporting & Documentation

  • Assist in preparing periodic stakeholder management reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
  • Compile and consolidate data related to stakeholder engagements, meetings, and activities
  • Maintain and update stakeholder databases and contact lists
  • Liaise with internal departments to gather required information and updates

2. Execution of Stakeholder Activities

  • Support the coordination and execution of stakeholder engagement activities, meetings, and events
  • Assist in preparing invitations, communication materials, and follow-up correspondence
  • Provide on-ground support during events and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of engagement outcomes


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in:
  • Business Administration (Marketing, International Business, Management), or
  • Corporate Communication / Mass Communication or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
