Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations & Maintenance: Responsible for the daily inspection, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security and IT hardware within the vault, including safes, access control systems, surveillance cameras, alarm systems, UPS, networks, and servers.
• Preventative Maintenance: Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans for security equipment to ensure stable 24/7 operation and provide timely responses to sudden failures.
• Asset & Procurement Management: Manage the selection, inquiry, procurement, acceptance, and asset ledger of security and IT-related equipment, ensuring cost control and supplier quality management.
• Procedures & Emergency Planning: Assist in formulating vault entry/exit procedures, equipment operating standards, and emergency response plans, and participate in regular drills.
• Audit & Compliance Support: Provide technical support for internal audits, external audits, and compliance inspections, including the retrieval of equipment operation logs and surveillance footage.
• Infrastructure Optimization: Optimize and upgrade infrastructure such as vault networks, cabling, and power systems to continuously enhance physical security levels.
• Confidentiality: Strictly abide by confidentiality regulations to ensure that all classified information and operation records are not disclosed.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in Electronics, Communications, Computer Science, Security Engineering, or related fields.
• Professional Experience: More than 3 years of experience in security systems, access control, video surveillance, or IT operation and maintenance (O&M).
• Technical Expertise: Familiar with the installation, debugging, and maintenance of mainstream brands of safes, access control systems (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch), network cameras, and alarm control panels.
• Networking & Infrastructure: Possess solid knowledge of extra-low voltage (ELV) systems, networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, PoE), and basic server knowledge; capable of independently completing cabling, patching, and equipment networking.
• Practical Skills: Strong hands-on ability with the capacity to independently handle hardware failures and proficiency in using common tools such as multimeters and network testers.
• Integrity & Reliability: Possess upright character, personal integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility; must be able to pass rigorous background checks (including credit history and criminal record checks).
• Confidentiality Awareness: Strong sense of confidentiality and professional ethics, with the ability to keep sensitive information strictly confidential.
• Work Style: Meticulous and rigorous work attitude with good habits for documentation and record-keeping.
• Resilience: High stress tolerance and the ability to accept arrangements for emergency duty, including night shifts or emergency responses during holidays.
