**Job Description**
• Greet and assist customers with bookings, enquiries, and facility information
• Process payments, manage court reservations, and maintain accurate records
• Support facility operations including equipment management and basic maintenance
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that reflects our multicultural community
**Job Requirements**
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours including weekends and evenings
• Basic computer literacy for booking systems and payment processing
• Enthusiasm for sports and creating welcoming experiences for all customers
