Area sales managers are responsible for tracking, recording, and monitoring. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible to lead the team sales by control their daily tasks, execute marketing programs in the market, manage the collection, overseeing and conducting market research to develop and implement sales initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies and product knowledge.
Job Scope
- Monitoring sales activities and itinerary
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and present business reviews to senior management; contribute to budgeting and sales planning
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
- Maintain aging and collection from customerLead, mentor, coach and manage the sales team: set targets/quotas, monitor performance, provide training, conduct performance reviews, and guide team members.
- Handle MT customer and prepare the regular program

Requirement
- Minimum 5 years Experience in the FMCG industry as a supervisor or manager level
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Highly committed, motivated and have good team spirit
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to work under pressure and ad hoc duties
- Able to travel
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
