Job Description

Responsibilities

Role Purpose

To support daily administration, documentation, operational coordination, and basic HR support to ensure smooth company operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle filing, documentation, letters, and company records systematically
  • Liaise with building management, authorities, suppliers, and service provider
  • Assist in handling maintenance, utilities, licenses, permits, and office coordination
  • Support basic HR matters including staff attendance, onboarding documents, interview arrangement, and hiring coordination
  • Assist in posting job vacancies and coordinating interview schedules with candidates
  • Prepare reports, letters, memos, and operational documents
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with internal teams and external parties
  • -Monitor office supplies, cleanliness, and general administrative matters
  • Support management with operational coordination and daily admin tasks

Requirements

  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and administrative work
  • Able to multitask and follow up tasks efficiently
  • Experience in administration is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates with good attitude are welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
