Role Purpose
To support daily administration, documentation, operational coordination, and basic HR support to ensure smooth company operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle filing, documentation, letters, and company records systematically
- Liaise with building management, authorities, suppliers, and service provider
- Assist in handling maintenance, utilities, licenses, permits, and office coordination
- Support basic HR matters including staff attendance, onboarding documents, interview arrangement, and hiring coordination
- Assist in posting job vacancies and coordinating interview schedules with candidates
- Prepare reports, letters, memos, and operational documents
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with internal teams and external parties
- -Monitor office supplies, cleanliness, and general administrative matters
- Support management with operational coordination and daily admin tasks
Requirements
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and administrative work
- Able to multitask and follow up tasks efficiently
- Experience in administration is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with good attitude are welcome to apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
