Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in documents , e.g quotation, purchase order, delivery order, invoice , brochures.
  • Assisting in tender preparation.
  • Assisting in preparing brochures, copying presentation material for project managers.
  • Assisting in delivery arrangement
  • Prepare the T&C certificates, user training form , OMM manual, user manual and other necessary documents
  • Arranging demo unit when required by hospital.
  • Aliases with warehouse closely to ensure the demo unit delivered to hospital.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Positive attitude to work.
  • Responsible and exhibit good team work.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Full-Time positions available.

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
