Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure project compliance with contract specifications, drawings, and regulations.
• Team Leadership

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the project team and subcontractors.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and quality standards.
• Budget & Cost Control

• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and approve payments.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure all works comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and audits regularly.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients.
• Stakeholder Communication

• Maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Address and resolve project-related queries promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Additional knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards will be an added advantage.
