Full Time Marketing Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in TOA Paint Products Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing marketing reports, documentations and provide data analysis for Sales Departments and Management.
• Ensure compliance to the ISO9001 and ISO 14001 integrated management system.
• Handling all internal marketing activities, TCW and signboards application.
• Liaise with Finance & Accounting Department to update on marketing monthly expenses.
• Liaise with external vendors for printing quotations (eg. catalogues, signboards, posters, banners etc).
• Send customer satisfaction forms, compile reports and filing.
• Liaise with HQ designers to verify all marketing art works are align with Company's requirements and guidelines.
• Prepare monthly report for OBD.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, Administration, Management or any related studies.
• Minimum 2 years experience in related fields.
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Pro-active, mature and innovative.
• Excellent planning, analyzing, effective communication and management skills.
• Computer literate (MS word, excel, power point, E-mail).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
