Brew Crew Opportunity

Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a Marketing Administrator to prepare, ensure smooth execution and tracking of all marketing administrative work.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Help produce reports, checklists, and marketing materials to support store requests and operations including preparing materials for store openings.
  • Assist in new marketing initiatives on various platforms: social media, events, or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience.
  • Liaise with internal team members to ensure that tasks are completed and delivered on time.
  • Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with Marketing team members and monitor campaigns and projects.
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
  • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.
  • Support marketing executives in organizing various projects.
  • Maintain calendar, contacts and routine activities for Head of Marketing and Innovation.

Your Ingredients

  • Certificate/Diploma in Marketing, Business Admin or equivalent
  • 1 – 2 years working experience in similar position
