- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business / Finance or related Field.
- Computer literate
- Working Location: HQ, Wisma 99 Speed Mart, Tmn Berkeley, Klang
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain financial data in the system accurately
- Update and manage financial records on an ongoing basis
- Assist with monthly expense payments, including office expenses, maintenance fees, utilities, and other related costs
- Support budget preparation or financial planning activities
- Calculate, verify supplier invoices for payment processing
- Monitoring the financial transactions
- Assist with bank reconciliations
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by the superior or manager
