WE ARE HIRING: SENIOR ASSISTANT, SELLER SUPPORT (LAZADA – PUCHONG)

Location: Puchong (KLP Ops Office)
Salary: RM2,300 – RM2,500
Contract: Agency (Fixed Term)

THE ROLE

Join one of the leading e-commerce logistics teams! This role is responsible for supporting First Mile Operations – ensuring smooth pickup, monitoring inbound shipments, and coordinating daily operations between sellers, stations, and internal teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Escalation & Stakeholder Management

• Handle multi-channel inquiries (Email, WhatsApp, Calls, DingTalk)
• Resolve issues within SOP timelines
• Act as liaison for operational changes (routes, timing, volume)
• Coordinate with internal teams & sellers during peak periods
• Arrange additional pickups to ensure all parcels are collected on time

Operations & Performance Monitoring

• Investigate inbound issues & damage claims
• Monitor courier performance & productivity
• Maintain accurate records and reports for tracking & analysis

Quality Control & Supervision

• Provide on-ground support to resolve operational issues
• Identify mis-scans and operational errors
• Monitor return processes to ensure accuracy
• Support team engagement & improve team performance

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Warehouse or related field
• 1–2 years experience in logistics / operations / warehouse
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Able to handle pressure and fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Own transport & willing to travel if required
