Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supports operational coordination and documentation
  • Improves reporting accuracy and workflow efficiency
  • Recorded all potential purchase orders and sales generated during roadshows and sampling activities to prevent OOS situations and missed deliveries
  • Evaluated promotional efficiency by comparing pre and post promotion data
  • Reviewed promotional photo submissions to ensure all activations were properly executed at outlet level
  • Managed meeting minutes and operational paperwork while rechecking the accuracy of claims and scan rebate data submitted by key account personnel
  • Supporting the team with various adhoc tasks and projects as required.

Job Requirements

  • Prior administrative or office experience is an added advantage
  • SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related fields is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, including basic formulas, data entry and report preparation
  • Responsible, organized, and eager to learn
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
