Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily order processing for customers and online platforms.

  • Key in supplier invoices accurately into the system.

  • Check and update stock lists regularly to ensure accurate inventory records.

  • Plan and place orders for overseas stock replenishment in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate with local suppliers for product orders and deliveries.

  • Process and manage online orders efficiently.

  • Prepare and issue sales quotations to customers.

  • Prepare documents and follow up for Government tender processes

  • Assist the sales team with sales administrative support and ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Perform any other sales administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of working experience in sales administration or a similar role.

  • Strong attention to detail, good organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with inventory or order management systems.

  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM3000 to RM4000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
