Job description:

• Develop and managing the online sales and marketing activities for various e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc.)
• Able to use Spread Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups etc.) in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product prices, product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Process all online orders.
• Manage existing platforms – listing, managing sell-out via campaigns, content optimization, and third-party engagements.
• Maintains conversation with customer – sales enquiries, aftersales service via all channels (live chat, email, social platforms).
• Ensure product listing information is consistent across all online e-commerce stores.
• Working with product management, sales, graphics, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared across e-commerce platforms.
• Having the ability to multitask, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
• Providing analysis and reporting on campaign performance on a monthly basis.
• The ability to perform live is an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, Advanced / Higher/Graduate Diploma in e-commerce / Information Technology / Marketing / Mass Communication or equivalent discipline.
• Strong analytical and solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
• Minimum one (1) year of working experience in e-commerce field or online business. Candidate with live host experience is added advantage.
• Able to perform multi-tasks and paying attention to details.
• Proficiencies in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with different stakeholders.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
