Position : Cyber Security SME – Salesforce & Microsoft Dynamics Platforms

Industry : Oil & Gas (Shared Service)

Location: The Horizon, 8, Jalan Kerinchi, Bangsar South, 59200 Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0830 t*************)

Employment Type: 12 month contract with PERSOL - possible extension based on performance

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (60/40)

Salary range : RM15,000 - RM19,500 (based on experience & qualification)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide security leadership and assurance for business applications running on Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms. This role focuses on secure design, implementation, risk assessment, and ongoing security governance, ensuring full alignment with enterprise security policies, regulatory requirements, and global standards.

Your primary focus will be Salesforce, with exposure and transferable expertise across Microsoft Dynamics platforms.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Cyber Security, Security Architecture, or related roles
• Strong hands‑on security expertise in Salesforce (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 security (preferred)
• Solid experience with cloud security, SaaS security controls, and secure SDLC practices
• Experience operating within large‑scale, regulated enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of IAM, data protection, privacy (PII), API & integration security
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and provide security assurance within delivery teams

Certifications (Required / Preferred)

• CISSP – Mandatory
• CISM / CCSP – Desirable

Nice to Have

• Oil & Gas industry experience
• Strong exposure to enterprise data classification initiatives
• Azure‑focused cloud security background
• Experience shaping security standards and governance models
