OVERVIEW
We are looking for a proactive and dependable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys coordinating operational and administrative activities to keep project running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage security clearance processes and related administrative requirements.
- Process purchase orders and goods receipt accurately and promptly to support procurement activities.
- Maintain proper project documentation, records and asset tracking across relevant systems.
- Coordinate onboarding arrangements for new team members.
- Coordinate project-related meetings, events and engagements.
- Support the coordination of training programmes and capability development.
- Provide administrative and operational support for strategic and planning activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Prior experience in project coordination, administrative, or operations support would be advantageous.
