Full Time Head of IT - Cybersecurity (SSC) Jobs, in Vhr Consultancy - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced Head of IT with strong cybersecurity and infrastructure expertise to lead the IT operations and new Shared Services Center (SSC) setup. The role will be responsible for establishing secure, scalable, and efficient IT environments, including cybersecurity governance, SOPs, infrastructure management, and risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and management of IT infrastructure for SSC operations
• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, SOPs, and security frameworks
• Manage IT operations, network, servers, cloud, and end-user support
• Ensure IT security compliance, risk management, and audit readiness
• Drive disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity planning
• Monitor cybersecurity threats and implement preventive controls
• Manage IT vendors, system implementations, and technology projects
• Lead and develop IT teams to support regional business operations
• Ensure system availability, performance, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 8–15 years of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity experience
• Experience in SSC/shared services environment is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity governance, SOPs, and risk management
• Experience in network, cloud, server, and enterprise infrastructure management
• Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or PMP are an advantage

Preferred Skills

• SSC setup or transformation experience will be an added advantage
• IT audit and compliance exposure
• Regional or multinational company experience
• Strong problem-solving and project management capability
