Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units to define and document business processes and requirements for the ServiceNow platform and convert into business process flow and user stories.

• Assess the business requirements, current state of data model and process, and define the functional design of the future state process

• Act as a liaison between IT, business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements and functionality.

• Analyze and prioritize stakeholder needs to develop a comprehensive and strategic business analysis plan.

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs, including workflow creation, UI enhancements, and report/dashboard development.

• Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that requirements are met and the system performs as expected.

• Facilitate training sessions and create user guides to help end-users navigate the ServiceNow platform.

• Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and updates to provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.

• Provide process and functionality impact analysis during deployment planning (pre, during and post go-live).

Requirements

• Experience working as a Business Analyst or Techno-Functional Consultant in ServiceNow environments.
• Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow modules such as CSM, HRSD, WSD, ITSM, ITAM, or ITOM.
