Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Friendly and customer-oriented personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Wiling to work in Seksyen 13 Shah Alam
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with enquiries and provide excellent service.
- Maximise sales opportunities through product recommendations.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure stock replenishment.
- Handle cash and cashless sales transactions accurately.
- Promote and explain membership card benefits to customers.
- Support stock management activities including stock take, ordering, and receiving goods.
- Ensure cleanliness and general housekeeping of the store.
