We are looking for a Senior Executive, Research Operations Digitalisation to support digital transformation initiatives within a dynamic research and academic environment. This role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency through data analytics, automation, and digital solutions, while also supporting key administrative functions.

• Duration: 1-year
• Salary: Up to $4.5k 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflow automation solutions to streamline administrative processes
• Develop digital applications for procurement tracking, travel claims, budget monitoring, and research administration
• Build and maintain data dashboards and visualisation tools for operational and financial reporting
• Develop business intelligence dashboards to support decision-making
• Consolidate and analyse data from multiple systems (e.g. finance, HR, procurement platforms)
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting tools
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and digital transformation initiatives

Administrative & Operational Support

• Support procurement processes, including requisitions, compliance checks, and vendor coordination
• Assist with grant and financial administration, including expense verification and tracking
• Monitor research funds and budgets to ensure compliance with guidelines
• Coordinate overseas business travel approvals and claims
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on administrative processes and policies

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g. Power Automate or similar)
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
