Sales specialists are responsible for achieving sales objectives and handle all sales activities in order to achieve company's targets and goals. They report to Senior Sales Specialist (i.e. supervisor), Customer Service Executive (i.e. officer), Retail Assistant Manager and Retail Manager.
Core Responsibilities:
Welcomes customers by greeting them; ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
Able to resolve all customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform Monthly Stock Inventory Check and Replenishments
Arrange and display merchandise
Keep merchandise area neat and tidy
Perform cashier duties
Receiving of Stock
Documentation (Purchase Order, Purchase Return, Transfer of Merchandise etc.)
Key Deliverables:
Supporting the Company and Retail Outlet in attaining monthly sales and annual targets (including extended warranty and membership sign-ups)
Deliver outstanding customer service
Work Schedule:
Staff is required to perform the following working shifts from Mondays to Sundays, including public holidays:
Morning: 9.30am to 5.30pm (1h lunch break)
Afternoon: 2pm to 10pm (1h dinner break)
Full Shift: 9:30am to 10pm (1.5h meal break)
Number of off days per month: 6
Minimum number of full shifts to serve: 6
Alternate weeks will work 6 days instead of 5 day work week i.e. work 5 days this week, work 6 days next week, work 5 days the following week, so on and so forth
Probation Period: 3 Months (Extension of 3 months for poor performance)
Salary:
Basic salary for locals: From $1,800 to $1,900
Sales Commissions and Allowances are available.
Hence gross monthly salary for newcomers range from between $2600 to $3500 or even more , depending on how hardworking you are
