Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accounting records.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase orders.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
  • Organize and maintain financial documents and filing systems.
  • Help prepare financial reports and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with monthly closing activities and audit preparation.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments when required.
  • Perform general administrative duties related to the Accounts Department.


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
