WE ARE HIRING – PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE (PURCHASING WITH PHARMACY BACKGROUND)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support purchasing operations, inventory management, and supplier coordination to ensure smooth operational support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement orders based on reorder levels and stock forecasting
• Verify delivered items and ensure timely system updates
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for timely fulfillment
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective purchasing
• Process purchase requests and purchase orders within timeline
• Maintain procurement records, pricing, and inventory updates
• Monitor supplier performance and SLA compliance
• Conduct monthly stock take and inventory reconciliation

Requirements:

• Diploma in Pharmacist and related courses
• 1–2 years working experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Knowledge in inventory management and supplier coordination
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Fast learner and able to adapt to systems/processes
