Responsibilities:

• Adjust sputtering parameters to maintain high-quality output and minimizing defects.

• Regularly monitor and maintain the sputtering equipment to ensure it remains in optimal condition.

• Optimize the sputtering process to maximize the efficient use of materials and reducing waste.

• Work closely with teams from different departments to ensure smooth operations and address any cross-functional issues.

• Analyze data from the sputtering process to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Make precise adjustments to the sputtering machine to enhance performance and quality based on data analysis

• Implement a continuous improvement approach to keep refining the sputtering process and achieve better results over time.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field

• 2-3 years of working experience in similar field would be of advantage
