This is a full-time, on-site position located in Petaling Jaya for an Engineer (Certified Facility Management Manager). The role involves overseeing facility management operations, creating and managing maintenance plans, analyzing facility performance, preparing and monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The professional will also supervise facility maintenance teams, ensuring optimal functioning of building systems and infrastructure.

• Proven expertise in Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance
• Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
• Advanced Analytical Skills for assessing facility performance and systems
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management of facility operations
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
• Certified Facility Management (CFM) credential or equivalent qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in problem solving and decision-making under critical situations
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
