Role: Part-time Accounts & Admin Executive

We are seeking a reliable and independentPart-Time Accounts & Admin Executiveto support day-to-day accounting, billing, and administrative operations.The role is ideal for candidates with hands-on accounting experience, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with cloud accounting platforms and trading systems.

The ideal candidate is IT-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing finance and administrative tasks independently in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting and administrative operations.

  • Manage billing, invoicing, payment tracking, andaccountsreconciliation.

  • Maintainaccuratefinancial records and supporting documentation.

  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

  • Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders on finance-related matters.

  • Utilize cloud accounting software and trading systems for transaction processing and reporting.

  • Assistin preparing financial reports, expense summaries, and administrative documentation.

  • Support documentation and processing related to Letters of Credit (LC) where applicable.

  • Ensure proper filing, record maintenance, and compliance with company procedures.

  • Perform general office administration and ad-hoc operational support tasks.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Relevant accounting qualifications or bookkeeping experience preferred.

  • Experience handling accounting, billing, and administrative functions.

  • Familiarity with cloud accounting software and trading systems.

  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.

  • Exposure to Letters of Credit (LC) processes is an added advantage.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard office applications.

  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.

  • Able to workon a part-timebasis and in a3 working days per weekset-up

  • Preferably based in the West region of Singapore.
