Sales executive (hunter role)
Basic Salary: SGD 3,000 –SGD 6,000
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Job Responsibilities
Actively source new business through sales calls, client visits, and servicing existing customers.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries, including shipment and freight quotations.
Manage and utilize an existing client database (preferred).
Procure competitive rates from overseas offices, agents, and approved local vendors.
Prepare quotations and participate in RFQs and tender bids when required.
Achieve annual sales targets.
Submit regular CRM reports.
Report directly to the Head of Sales and collaborate closely on commercial activities and business development.
Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a diverse environment.
Key Requirements
Must be a 100% hunter-type salesperson with a strong focus on acquiring new business.
Should have an established client base, contributing at least 60% of business revenue
Minimum 2 years of sales hunting experience in Freight Forwarding / Shipping, with a focus on Seafreight (not primarily warehousing or airfreight).
