Full Time Technical Project Manager (Cloud and DevSecOps) Jobs, in Dexian - Maukerja

Dexian is currently hiring for a 12-month extendable contract opportunity for a Technical Project Manager to join the Cloud Adoption & DevSecOps supporting a large-scale APAC cloud transformation program. This role will play a key part in driving cloud adoption initiatives across 10+ APAC countries by translating global cloud strategy into practical, scalable, and cost-conscious regional implementation plans.

We are looking for a technically strong and highly analytical project management professional with proven experience in cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, DevSecOps, platform engineering, and enterprise technology delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with regional leadership, country teams, architects, infrastructure/platform engineering teams, and global stakeholders to structure cloud adoption roadmaps, coordinate multi-country delivery workstreams, manage governance and risks, and support executive-level communication and steering committee engagements.

The ideal candidate should have 8–12 years of experience with strong exposure to cloud migration, automation, infrastructure platforms, DevSecOps environments, and technical project/program delivery. Experience working within banking or regulated environments and familiarity with cloud governance, security controls, and financial planning/budget tracking will be highly advantageous. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills are essential for this role.
