We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to support business growth through data-driven insights, category analysis, and commercial reporting excellence.


Job Responsibilities

Category & Business Analysis

  • Conduct category, shopper, and market analysis to identify business gaps, growth opportunities, and channel development strategies.
  • Analyze Nielsen, sell-out, and retailer POS data to generate actionable customer and shopper insights.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, pricing, and promotional movements across trade channels.
  • Support brands with strategic category recommendations and performance insights.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Process and consolidate large sets of commercial data into meaningful analytical reports and dashboards.
  • Drive end-to-end commercial reporting, forecasting consolidation, and reporting accuracy.
  • Support sales and management teams with insights for business reviews and decision-making.
  • Convert raw data into presentation-ready reports and actionable business recommendations.

System & Process Governance

  • Act as PIC for SIO system governance and commercial data consolidation.
  • Coordinate with Sales, SCM, and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Maintain CE tracker, product catalogue, merchandising guidelines, and related commercial databases.
  • Drive process automation and reporting efficiency improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities / KPI

  • Category analysis and market intelligence
  • Data processing and analytics reporting
  • Sell-in / Sell-out / POS data management
  • CE tracker management (Sales & Expenses / NPL / CO Pack)
  • Forecast consolidation and reporting support for BFM meetings
  • SIO / IBP system coordination and governance
  • Shopper and Nielsen data analysis
  • Product catalogue and merchandising guideline maintenance
  • Process automation and reporting efficiency enhancement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, sales analytics, category management, or commercial reporting.
  • Experience in FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge in Power BI or other analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Familiar with Nielsen, POS, sell-out, or retail data analysis.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
