We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to support business growth through data-driven insights, category analysis, and commercial reporting excellence.
Job Responsibilities
Category & Business Analysis
- Conduct category, shopper, and market analysis to identify business gaps, growth opportunities, and channel development strategies.
- Analyze Nielsen, sell-out, and retailer POS data to generate actionable customer and shopper insights.
- Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, pricing, and promotional movements across trade channels.
- Support brands with strategic category recommendations and performance insights.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Process and consolidate large sets of commercial data into meaningful analytical reports and dashboards.
- Drive end-to-end commercial reporting, forecasting consolidation, and reporting accuracy.
- Support sales and management teams with insights for business reviews and decision-making.
- Convert raw data into presentation-ready reports and actionable business recommendations.
System & Process Governance
- Act as PIC for SIO system governance and commercial data consolidation.
- Coordinate with Sales, SCM, and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Maintain CE tracker, product catalogue, merchandising guidelines, and related commercial databases.
- Drive process automation and reporting efficiency improvement initiatives.

- Forecast consolidation and reporting support for BFM meetings
- SIO / IBP system coordination and governance
- Shopper and Nielsen data analysis
- Product catalogue and merchandising guideline maintenance
- Process automation and reporting efficiency enhancement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, sales analytics, category management, or commercial reporting.
- Experience in FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge in Power BI or other analytics tools is an advantage.
- Familiar with Nielsen, POS, sell-out, or retail data analysis.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
