Role: Order Management & Operation Executive (SAP & Reporting)

Working Day/Hours: Monday – Friday; 9am – 6pm
Duration: 12 months contract (Renewable based on business needs)
Working Location: 10th Floor Surian Tower 1 Jalan Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, 47810, Selangor
Salary: Basic range from RM4,200 - 4,800 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance
Job Responsibilities
A. Customization & Market Availability Planning
- Share and align on the Master Production Schedule (MPS) with relevant stakeholders.
- Reconcile hologram stickering and ensure accuracy in application.
- Prepare and share Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP).
- Review and verify documentation required for batch release.
- Conduct regular inventory reconciliation checks.
- Coordinate mock-up approvals for product customization and branding.
- Manage First Article Inspection (FAI) and approval processes within system platforms.
B. Master Data Management
- Coordinate with customers to create and maintain master data in their systems (e.g., WMS, pricing, standard cost).
- Create and maintain new SKU requirements in internal systems, including BUOM and SUOM updates.
- Ensure all related tasks and records are updated accurately in relevant systems.
- Manage and maintain master data for new SKUs within product lifecycle systems.
C. Ordering, Shipping & Billing Management
- Support sales order processing and coordinate shipment execution, including picking, goods issue, and invoicing.
- Ensure proper stock transfer processes between internal and external locations.
- Coordinate inbound shipments with logistics and distribution stakeholders.
- Manage order coordination for EDI customers, including shipment planning and truck requirements.
- Track and follow up on operations to ensure successful delivery and timely shipments.
- Review and validate invoices related to storage, handling, scrapping, and volume metrics.
- Manage Proof of Delivery (POD), including verification, reconciliation, and proper documentation.
D. Customer Returns & Rejections
- Coordinate root cause analysis (RCA) for rejected goods with relevant teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and system updates for return and rejection cases.
- Execute customer return transactions in SAP after validation.
Skills Must Have:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in using SAP.
- Well adverse with Microsoft Excel and advance excel skills along with Power BI.
- Previous exposure of working under Production or Project Management function.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with customers.
- KPI Tracking and Dashboard Preparation.
