Job Responsibilities: • Handle tax compliance matters for corporate and individual taxpayers • Assist in preparing tax computations and ensure timely submission of statutory filings • Support tax advisory assignments, audit queries, and appeal matters • Liaise with clients and relevant authorities such as LHDN/IRB regarding tax-related issues • Manage withholding tax matters and monitor payment deadlines • Assist in tax reporting, payment revisions, installment tracking, and tax refund processes • Ensure proper preparation, organisation, and submission of tax-related documents • Review basic work prepared by junior staff and assist in coordinating workflow within the department • Maintain and update tax databases to ensure accuracy and compliance • Support Managers and Directors with administrative and ad-hoc assignments when required Requirements: Education & Qualifications • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related fields • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent is an added advantage Experience • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in taxation • Experience handling tax matters for both individual and corporate clients is preferred Skills & Attributes • Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and compliance procedures • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines effectively • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
