Full Time Account Executive - Junior Accounts Executive Jobs, in Sanctuary Health Perak - Maukerja

Core Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing: Receive, verify, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
• Payment Management: Schedule and execute payments via checks, or wire transfers, ensuring compliance with payment terms to avoid late fees.
• Three-Way Matching: Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents to ensure accuracy before payment.
• Vendor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries regarding payment status and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements and bank statements to ensure the accuracy of the accounts payable ledger.
• Month-End Closing: Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciling AP aging reports.
• Expense Reports: Verify and process employee expense reimbursements.
• Audit: To assist with audit process by providing necessary documents and supporting schedules.
• Stock take: Assist in stock take whenever required.
• Others: To provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department. To perform routine housekeeping and filing of accounting documents.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, ERP) and MS Excel.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and reviewing financial documents.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication for vendor and internal team collaboration.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage high-volume invoice processing and meet strict deadlines.

Qualification Requirements

• Education: Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting roles.
